Youngsters are Milk Cup Winners
Manchester United 3-0 South Coast Bayern
Milk Cup Final (u-17's); Coleraine, Northern Ireland
When you watch the United youngsters play it's always in the style of the first team, well it is to me. Looked pretty good tonight and hopefully a few of this team will get to the big time in the red shirt. There has been excellent coverage by BBC Northern Ireland. Watched the first half, and two good goals, on Freeview digital channel 301, and a chunk of the second half on official streaming video (none of your dodgy streams from the far east).
I think United last won this final in 1991 with David Beckham in the team. So does that mean we'll have some home grown stars in 2012? Who knows? Two of the lads are from Italy - such is international recruitment. South Coast Bayern are from LA, California and they have some pretty useful players too.
