Ready for the weekend

When Saturday comes along it's getting everything out of the way for the United game away at Aston Villa. That means two hours on the sofa with Setanta Tv. Prediction 1-2 to United.

When Sunday comes along then a trip up to Gigg Lane, Bury to see FC United play Boston United in the FA Trophy. Could go either way, depends who is fit to turn out for FC United. Hopefully it will be a home win, but I'm not confident after seeing them lose 0-1 against a good Boston side earlier this year and given a poor record in FA competitions. But you never know. UPDATE : Text message received 1114 hours Sunday 23rd November. Game postponed after a pitch inspection. Rescheduled for Wednesday 25th November 1945h.

UPDATE : My prediction for 1-2 win for United was wrong. 0-0 result. So a disappointing weekend all round then.
