Fixture Change & Back Again

The downside of a season ticket holder is you can't make other arrangements if you want to see all the games. That's is the purpose of shelling out a season's money in advance. So when the Aston Villa home game was moved to a Sunday 30th April after I bought tickets to the World Cycling Championship at the Velodrome, Manchester I was a bit miffed.

However just as I was selling the tickets, news came through the game has been switched back to Saturday. Good news then. This is all because the AS Roma game is on the following Tuesday. So it UEFA who have the over riding say in the fixtures and not the TV companies. Maybe?

All the remaining United fixtures will be on Tv, well sort of....still awaiting the schedule for the last two games in May. That's West Ham United (H), and Wigan Athletic (A) so I've not made any arrangements for those weekends, not with every game needing another crucial win.
