Where Are They Now? At Sunderland
If you could have a wish and keep one team from being relegated from the Premiership, and there are several in contention, who would it be? For me, without a doubt - keep Sunderland in the top flight.
The answer is highlighted in yesterday's article in The Guardian "Keane turns Sunderland into New Trafford" and naturally you want Roy Keane to do well as a manager.
So who is at Sunderland who used to be at Old Trafford :
Roy Keane (we know), Phil Bardsley, Dwight Yorke, Kieran Richardson, Liam Miller, Andy Cole (but out on loan to Burnley), Paul McShane, Jonny Evans (on loan after the xmas party), Danny Higginbotham, Raimond van der Gouwe (goalkeeping coach), Mick Brown (chief scout), Ricky Sbragia (first team coach), Neil Bailey (reserve team coach) and Michael Clegg (back room staff - 9 appearances in a United shirt)....
