Dynamo at OT; Inter in Sheffield
Already focused on the next game, bring on Dynamo Kiev this Wednesday. The rush home from work, grab some food and the 30 minute trip to Old Trafford to see some goals. If their defence is as bad as a couple of weeks ago I hoping for at least 4. Is it the dark nights and the prospect of winter that gives you that desire to see more football?
Inter Milan might be playing CSK Moscow next Wednesday at the San Siro but they are also sending a team to England play Sheffield FC, the world's oldest club. It's not being transmitted on tv but it might be on the regional news..BBC Yorkshire Sky 976, ITV Yorkshire (see add extra channels)
Sheffield FC were founded in 1857, haven't won many trophies, nearly been bankrupt, but they are still going and play the "World's Oldest Club" card to sell merchandise and attract famous visitors like Seth Blatter of FIFA, Gordon Brown and Sir Bobby. Don't know if they've ever played Manchester United in all that time, but they played a friendly against FC United in 2006 and won 1-0.
Greatest club of them all ..Seth Blatter's words

Is Seth Blatter Sepp's cousin from Yorkshire? No wonder he likes Sheffield FC :)
It appears I've been watching too much Emmerdale over the years and got confused again.
Surely the world's most famous club must have played the most oldest at one time?
where's my comment gone
