Not on fire

Birmingham v. United isn't what you call a top fixture but you still want that win. So you wait all afternoon for the late kick-off, it's on the back of your mind all day. Through a late breakfast, a trip to the shops, last mowing of the lawn before winter, all the other results at 1700h....What can be written about a fortunate 0-1 win. The disappointment these days is the time wasting with ten minutes to go. Run out of ideas, shore up the defense and pace it out for the three points. Many a team has does as little and won the title. Eight games, seven goals and second in the table. Not playing great but picking up the points. Must grumble.
