Whalley Range Ground

Over the years I've done a bit of research on the Whalley Range Football Ground (rugby and football) and was surprised to see mentioned it in the local paper. They quote from "Shooting Stars: The Brief and Glorious History of Blackburn Olympic 1878 - 1889" by Graham Phythian. He's done an excellent piece of writing. Sadly he's not found any photographs either.

Thanks for the plug!
I aim to contact Twickenham Archives in the next week or so, to see if they've got anything on the Whalley Range rugby internationals, and possibly the ground. Naturally, I'll let you in on any info I get.
Keep up the good work
