PNE v. United TVants
Sometimes it is possible to watch a match on your PC. Thought I'd try and catch some of the Preston North End v. Manchester United friendly. Success - using the TVAnts application which has the GOAL1TV channel on it's list. This is replaying the MUTV coverage. United lost 1-2, but Ole plays 90 minutes and scores from the penalty spot.
For details of how to receive TV on your PC start at Freefootball.org. You need to register to read the beginners guide in the forum. Then you have to download and install various bits of software - easy stuff....

You can watch most of football matches and it is free.They are using sopcast,ppstream,tvants and tvu for streaming.
